1. To handle and service existing clients and generate new business from them on on-going basis.

2. Meet and exceed clients expectations in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness. Ensure total client satisfaction.

3. Maintaining effective coordination between client, creative and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

4. Follow the appropriate client approval protocols.

5. Take ownership of projects and ensure end to end implementation to clients satisfaction.

6. Maintaining continuous follow-up with various teams till the completion of job.

7. Ensure all payments are received on time.

9. Prepare the proposals according to each potential clients requirements

Required Candidate Profile

A pleasant personality who is self motivated and driven.

Good Communication (verbal & written), interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.

Focused, result oriented and well connected individual capable of converting meaningful leads into lasting business revenues.

Ability to Understand and build a business relationship with marketing professionals.

Should be well-versed with the pitching process & strategic planning required to win new accounts

Capable of working with cross functional teams based out of different locations.

Excellent presentation skills and very good knowledge of making powerful presentations.

Analytical mind with quick turnaround

Client, Vendor & team management, Crisis management

Boosting staff morale and developing right attitude & team spirit in them & brand dedication.

Maintain open communication with all team.

Existing corporate & Agency relationships is a must.

Experience - Individuals 1 to 2 years exposure in media / advertising / event organizations will be preferred
