currently We are Having a Vacancy for the Post of a Client Service Coordinator Who Will Act as Liaison Between Elanguageworld and the Client. You Would Be Responsible for Coordinating Activities Related to Sales and Clients in a Way that Clients have An Optimal Experience.
responsibilities and Duties:
-handle all Clients’ Service Requests By Doing a Thorough Analysis of the Request (rates, Deadline, Quantity Etc.) and Pass Details to the Relevant Team Immediately.
-provides Accurate, Clear, Concise and Timely Project Instructions to all the Team Members Working On a Given Project, and Do a Follow-up to Ensure It is Going as Planned.
-maintains Accurate, Up-to-date and Complete Records of all Quotes, Jobs and Clients.
-conduct Performance Evaluation of Team Members Involved and Provide Appropriate Feedbacks for Improvements.
-build and Maintain Close Relationships with Clients
-ensure Client Queries are Resolved Immediately
-coordinate with Clients and Team to Find a Mutual Solution to Problem, if At Any Point in Time, Client Become Dissatisfied with the Services They’ve Been Offered.
