Job Summary :
Contacting existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering queries about the products of the company.
Understands customer requirements and close sales.
Responsibilities:
Reply to phone calls and respond to customer requests.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Update the details of customer in computer system.
Advise the customer in phone calls about our products or services.
Follow-up on customer inquiries to and not resolved immediately.
Complete call logs and reports to be entered in the CRM.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisors about the customer calls.
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
Sends daily report to the Team Leaders.
