Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and young professional, having a desire to learn & grow. Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into real estate.

Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive

Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.

Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.

Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into real estate.

Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

Office Timings: 9AM to 6PM

Office Days: 6 days working anytime between Monday to Sunday (Weekends are compulsory)

(Flexi Off)One can take off during weekdays

Responsibilities and Duties

Should be able to generate leads through online and offline mode.

Should be comfortable in doing rigorous followups to generate maximum walk-ins at the company.

Should be able to counsel our prospective clients.

Should be able to handle queries and come up with best possible solutions.

Should be target driven

Should have strong English communication skills

Freshers with strong command over English will be considered
