roles and Responsibilities:

Help to Resolve Vendors Query Related to Address Verifications Pan India.

Ensure Timely and Accurate Report Delivery At Defined Productivity Levels.

Execute Issue /query Resolution and Ensure Proper Documentation & Follow-up.

Ensure Adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (slas).

Identify, Share and Support Operational Improvements.

Documentation

Portal Updation

Responsible for Work in the Absence of Vendors (when the Vendors are On Leave).

Vendor Management

Following Up with Vendors By Mail.

Completing Reports.

Manage Vendor Performance Tracking and Reporting.

Allocating Work to Vendors.

requirements:

Candidate Must Be Graduate.

Experience - 1-2 Years

Grammatically Precise in Written and Spoken English.

Good in Ms Word.
