We are a growing Civil Infrastructure Construction Company specializing into Colony/Township

Infrastructure projects. We have achieved successful completion of 15+ Projects and with more

projects in pipeline.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an innovative, experienced and dynamic civil engineer to develop and

construct our projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through

to completion.

Activities to be carried out: The person should have complete understanding and hands-on

experience of the following activities which are carried out at the project site :

RCC road Work (from Excavation, Murram filling, Gsb bed, DLC to PQC layer)

Boundary Wall of the complete site

Water Supply network: Drainage Line, Storm Line and Water Line

STP: Sewage Treatment Plant

OHT : Overhead Tank with sizes varying from 1Kl to 5KL

Sump well Tank

Landscaping / Gardening : from Rcc structure to Plant belt development

Plot beam & Garden beam

Chembers

Paver Blocks

Main Gate & Site Gate

Responsibilities and Duties:

Broad categorization of the work and responsibilities include these following things, apart from

these, the person will have to take complete responsibility of the given site which will have no

limited duties.

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a cost

effective, timely and sustainable manner

Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

Complete material management

Oversee and mentor staff and other employees.

Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

Effective and quick decision making.

Should have worked in civil line for atleast 10 years as engineer

Please Note: The required person need to have experience in the mentioned fields above. If the

person has knowledge of Buildings and Row houses only in a colony, it will be of no use to

consider in our requirement.
