Experience & Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction and Ability to use initiative guidance in getting it done.

Hands on experience of on Site execution, estimation, site supervision, follow up contractors & sub-contractors bills.

Direct construction operations and maintenance activities at project site.

Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor for construction activities.

Site construction execution and proper site documentation as per site requirements.

To manage the sub-contractors ensure construction compliance and timely completion of project activities.

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.

Be involved in report preparation for DPRs, Weekly reports etc. Be willing and keen to work at all project activities.

Monitoring workload analysis: Task usage, resource usage, Improve utilization/Reduce downtime.

Responsible for coordination and Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, quality and productivity.

Should possess strong planning and Ability to communicate with workers and managing them with efficiency coordination skills.

Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

Preparing required material list and submitting them to the purchase department.

Preparing financial schedules and submitting them to finance department.

Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.

Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.

Requirement:-

A detail oriented individual with good communication skills.

Should be responsible and a good team player.

Candidate having computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google Sheets.

Should have good communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

Candidate should be presentable, energetic and confident.

Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering -Desired
