Sr engineer 8 to 12 yrs

Project manager- 12 to 18 yrs

Age below 42

Exp from residential background is must

Having Exp in Residential high end project

Key Skills: Project Execution, estimation, billing, planning, project management, estimation, MS Office

Quantity analysis, calculation and rate analysis

To follow work as per Civil Engineering standards

Site execution experience in . & Finishing activity for Residential Project

Assistance to seniors in preparation of method statements, work methods and obtain approval for work

Prepare project monitoring plans to ensure scheduled timelines and milestones are met.

Ensure execution of the work as per approved design & drawing and method statement.

Co-ordinate day to day working of various agencies employed.

Check all documents at site

Detailed MIS report

Check strata according to geotechnical testing at the sites.

Monitoring the progress and compare with projected schedule

Using softwares such as MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS office, Hit Office

Check pour cards / checklist are filled prior to start of work.
