Job Profile- Circulation Manager

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

1.To Increase The Readership Of Industrial Business Mart Magazine Through Subscription Generation National Level.

2.Responsible For Identifying, Qualifying And Closing Subscriptions In A Timely-Manner.

3.To Participate/ Conduct Events Which Can Bring Subscriptions For Mart.

4.Knowledge Of Creating Distribution Channel/ Partnerships For Building Subscriptions

5.To Facilitate Distribution Through India Post/ Registered Newspaper.

6.To Facilitate Distribution Through Courier, Negotiating Price For Bulk Shipments.

7.Promotion Of CompanyS Publications To New And Existing Clients Through A Pro-Active Approach.

8.Developing Suitable Sales Plan For The Products Of Mart Infomedia Private Limited.

9.To Plan And Execute Strategies For Business Development.

10.Proactively Monitor Customer Base Adherence With Their Underlying Subscription Agreements.

11.Liaise With Internal Stakeholders And Customers To Ensure Issues Are Resolved Timely, While Being Cognizant Of Overall Customer Relationship.

12.Constantly Work To Identify And Prioritize The Highest Impact Opportunities To Grow Subscriptions Using Product Data And User Research.

13.Participating In Process And System Improvements By Acting As A Subscriptions Operations Subject Matter Expert

14.A Strong Business Sense And An Ability To Connect With A PublicationS Subscribers.

15.R&D For Revenue Generation And Working Closely With The Sales Team For Advertisement/ Subscription Support.

16.Competitive Research Analysis.

About Mart Infomedia Private Limited

1. He/She has to edit, source, write proof read articles and work for the over- all content development.
2. Visiting the industrial news pages in the web, sorting down the news to be given in MART & editing and proof reading them.
3. Researching on the contents of engineering magazines national and international
4. Researching on the overall layout/ design of the magazine and following it up with the Team.
5. Supporting interns/ fresher’s/ trainees to understand the work profile and help them working in the content development.
6. Attending press conferences/ seminars/ product launch/ and other related workshops and gathering maximum information and contact for further sales support.
7. Attending interviews locally and nationally and also to arrange the same over phone & email.
8. Regular contacts via email to the industry associations and foreign chambers of commerce to understand what specific is happening in the industry.
9. Working on bridging the gap between industry and academia and helping the Sale team to hit the market with the proper engineering colleges. Doing interviews in the colleges and guiding the Sales team for proper after-sales support.
10. Researching on competitive magazines and clear update with the current news of the industry and coming out with innovative ideas to start different columns in the magazine to bring more versatility.
11. Helping the Design Team with proper data and come up with ideas related to designing pages, ads, coverage etc .
12. While doing workshops/ seminars in the colleges, the Editor has to make the rapport with the industry to get the proper speaker.
13. Follow up with the web developer for further updates in the website once the new edition has come out.
14. Working on individual and group projects on content development and flexibility in handling several clients within stipulated deadline.
However, the responsibilities will change accordingly with the expansion and diversification of business.
