The Chief Operation Officer (COO) is an Executive position at Plantrich Agritech Pvt Ltd that aims to oversee the day to day operations of company, lead the organization to increase turnover, secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee day to day operations of the company
Train the employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance of the company by time to time analysis.
Submit monthly reports to the Managing Director about performance of the company.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Ensure that internal controls are effectively employed for proper execution of duties, responsibilities and attainment of overall goals and targets.
Ensure timely compliance with government authorities and lead Certification auditing as per schedule.
Ensure growth and business development while maintaining consistent profitability of the company. Should create and implement sales plans. responsible for measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes of the company

• Responsible for providing a broad range of Sales, Marketing of the assigned territory in accordance with the goals of the company • Directing the daily operations of a retail chain in order to maximize profit and minimize costs. • Forecast sales figures for inventory requirement. • Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations • Direct and supervise retail staff to ensure they meet set objectives • Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals. • Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective business according to company target and ensure a satisfied clientele. • Develop good promotional policies to increase market share. • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet • Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis. • Budget plan according to sales forecast • Monitor inventory management in retail outlet. • Time to time training to subordinates & Dealer Development
