design, Implement, and Manage Channel Sales Plan Including Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting Processes

to Work in Key Verticals Safe Cities, Smart Cities, Airports, Metros, Defence, Etc

drive System Integrator Partner Sales for Business:

assigning Sales Targets Both Quantity Wise and Value Wise

supporting Partner Team for Achievement of Sales Targets

achieving Budgetary Goals for Revenue &profitability

ensuring On Time Collection of Receivable Frompartners

identifying Opportunities of Sales Process Improvement and Ensuring Their Implementation

ensuring Optimal Deployment of Channel Sales Personnel

evaluating Partners Performance and Doing Corrections if Required

developing Local Marketing Strategies to Build Customer Base & Increase Business.
