Job Description

Suspect, prospect and close lead for a new partner / distributor acquisition for life insurance business

* Set and monitor objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partner

* Conduct meeting to check the progress of sales

* Review Sales plan of the channel partner and support their growth

* Train channel partners to obtain and track leads, close sales

* Attend joint field activities

* Facilitate training on an ongoing basis

* Take regular feedback from customers on satisfaction on selling process and products
