Job Description

1. driving the Centers to Achieve the Admission Targets with Various Milestones.

2. rigorous Counseling Training / Re-training of all the Counselors At all the Centers to Make Them Enable for Achieving the Targets.

3. in Depth Competitors Analysis and Make & Implement Counter Sales Strategy, if Required.

4. analyze the Local Market & Psychology of the People and Design the Customized Strategy to Increase Business.

5. better Conversion Rate to Achieve the Targeted Admission Growth

6. to Ensure that Almost Each Enquiry, Weather Telephonic or Walk-in, Convert in to Admission Either Crp or Ncrp.

7. responsible for Overall Marketing & Coordination Activities of the Centers

8. planning for the Operations, Sales and Marketing Activities of the Branch.

9. responsible for all Over Centre Operational and Administration.

10. ensuring Walk in of the Center is Improved/ Increased

11. coordinating with Respective Departments / Head for Budget Approvals.

12. implementing the Marketing Activities as Planned

13. responsible to Organize and Conduct College Events, Seminar / Workshops

14. responsible for College/ School Tie Up with the Organization

15. generate New References from Student/counseling

16. responsible for Overall Branch Sales Performance

17. responsible for Branch Accounting all the Bills & Receipts and Maintain in Proper Way and Reach to Ho On Time.

18. conduct Regular Survey On Competitors and Data to Be Shared with the Head Office/ Reporting Manager

19. take Feedback Time to Time from Student and other Staff

20. co-ordinate with Faculty Regarding Their Batch, Requirements Etc. Forward It to Concern Person

21. ensuring Excellent Student Services

22. ensuring all the Facilities are Given to the Student

23. ensuring No Wrong Commitment is Given to the Student

24. tracking Course Syllabus & Checking Up Gradation as per the Norms
