Job Responsibilities

Center Administration and Management in Skil Development Projects.

Planning and Execution for Timely Mobilization of the Candidates to Meet Target Numbers and Deadlines, for all the Courses/projects

Creating Discount Plans, Appointing Contractual Mobilization Agents for the Market, and Negotiating and Documenting the Payouts of Commission

Documentation of all Training Records

Government Portal Handling (mis) At Indore Center

Maintaining Track Record and Monitoring of the Training in Respect of Quality of the Training, Trainers Performance, Etc.

Planning and Execution of Student Engagement Activities (industry Visits, Guest Lectures, Festival Celebrations) in Order to Ensure Candidate Retention

Working Closely with Placement and Project Team to Ensure Candidates Get Placed and Ensure Compliance of Work Orders of the Departments

Handling Grievances of Students, Parents, Vendors, Agents, Etc.
