Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the P & L of the center allotted.

2) Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

3) Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrollment targets.

4) Responsible for the Lead generation at the center as per the defined target.

5) To manage and derive results through the tele calling unit, Councilors, sales team on the

various product and services offered.

6) To drive the online marketing activities, social media activities, handling marketing team

and execute planned activities that will generate the required leads and enquiries to the

center.

7) Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed

admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals

8) To visit assigned institution and generate business through in campus and retail mode.

9) Participate in corporate events, educational events, college fairs, information sessions

and recruitment activities as a representative of the college

10) Maintain regular communication with students, colleagues and external agencies for

coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.

11) Establish and manage a qualified agent network

12) Indent books and materials on a timely basis and ensure availability at all time.

13) Ensure team is using and making entry of data in CRM Portal and ensure proper data

management by self and team.

14) Data analytics and usage of the same for growing business

15) Proper data management in all front and communicating the same to all respective in

charges.

16) Ensure collection of payments as per the company norms and deposit of the same on a

timely basis.

17) Proper functioning of the center (on time opening and closing), administration of the

center and process at the center and ensure at most satisfaction. Responsible for

operations processes/formalities at the center.
