- Basic Computer knowledge.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Hands on MS Office and Google Searching

- Must have excellent communication skills as sometimes she has to communicate to our US based office

- Knowledge of MIS will be added advantage

- Co-ordination with Trainers and students for updates

- Must be smart enough to handle the routine challenges.

- Maintaining inquiry records

- Handling reception desk

- Managing incoming and outgoing calls.

- Email correspondences,

- Attending walk in client queries,
