Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study/Tourist/PR Visa solutions.

Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Registration, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

Assisting the team in prospect generation, goals achievements and Monitor team's performance to help them to excel to their best.

Efficiently handle a study overseas team.

Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.

To constantly be abreast of the competition marketing promotions, sharing the inputs with management and accordingly devising & implementing tools to meet & exceed competition.

Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

Provide professional assistance in Registration, Guidance, Admissions / Resettlement, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Help students understand and overcome courses through individual and group counseling.

Provide individual and small group counseling based on student needs.

Work with students to develop skills, such as organization, time management, and effective study habits.

Help students set realistic career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

Evaluate students' abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews, and individual planning.

Deliver classroom guidance on topics.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.

Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.

Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials.

Assist in the evaluation of training programs.

Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment
