Job Description

We are associated with our UK based client in terms of Customer Relationship Management. Leads will be processed as per predefined criteria provided by the client. Training will be provided to the agent before making live mock calls which will be further processed to direct B2C calls.

Following skills are mandatory:

• Proficiency in English language

• MS Office skilled

• Experienced in UK campaigns preferred

• Good convincing skills

• Confident enough to deal with UK accent and culture

• Experienced candidate with at least 1 year+ work experience in UK process

• Incentives will be offered based on performance

Center Timing - 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
