Job Description:

Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures. 

Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements. 

Support Customers Healthcare and Technology vertical.

Troubleshoot Customer issues related to service or product

Excellent with tele-calling, soft skills, customer interaction.

Good at Basic Computer knowledge Ms Word and Excel

Should know TAMIL and English Compulsory.

Should be fluent in TAMIL

Only general shifts(10:00 AM to 7:30 PM) no night shifts
