Managing team with efficiency & converting the leads to fruitful business. By Keeping all team mates always ready with a vision of growth converting those to reliable pillars, leading the company in always profitable charts. This further will add to overall growth of the individual person giving his full contribution.

Responsibilities and Duties

Below are the responsibilities and duties of this job.

• Check & make sure to attend the inbound call flow

• Assess the customers need & advice him accordingly for the best services company may offer him

• Make sure to follow the case SOP & make the customer comfortable on call.

• Converting the lead & further processing as per laid process

• Follow up with service vendors & capturing the data, managing the arising current scenarios.

• Next day closures & publishing the reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any stream

• 1 to 2 years of relative industry experience.

• Should be able to speak, understand & write Hindi & English, any knowledge of other regional language will be a added advantage.

• Should be able to learn & apply the new knowledge with hand on experience of operating computers & should be well versed with MS excel.

• Educational qualification & experience certificates are essential documents.

• Should be flexible to operate in shifts.
