We are having vacancies for Cabin Crew in the aviation company where the salary is Rs.30225/- (for 10+2 and graduates) in hand after making all the deductions. There are long term employment benefits like PF, Gratuity, ESI, Full Family Medical Insurance Coverage (70% reimbursement during medical emergency), 10% concession on ticket in domestic air travel. Its a 24x7 shift job having 9 hours of duty and a week off in any day decided by the management authority. The company will provide free pick up and drop facility through cabs. Overtime Allowance is Rs.600 per extra flying hour if duty hour exceeds 9 hours. There will be 30% hike on basic salary in each and every 6 months starting from joining. A month salary will be given as bonus after completion of each and every financial year. Leave encashment will be given against Sick and Casual Leaves. If there is a relocation then company will provide free lodging and fooding facilities. If graduation is done then chance to get promoted to the position of Senior Flight Attendant with Rs.35000 salary hike. After 2-3 years of work, chance to get lateral entry to other domestic airline company with 30% hike in annual salary package. After 3 years of work, chance to get hired in international aviation company with a salary of Rs.2 lakhs per month.

Job Responsibilities:

i) Attending passengers inside the flight.

ii) Showing hospitality to the passengers whenever required.

iii) Coordinating with the Pilot and Co-pilot in the Cockpit.

iv) Maintaining in-flight rules and regulations.

v) Making passengers calm during emergent situations like, airfire, hijack, air-turbulence, air-pocket.

vi) Helping passengers to utilize life-vest under their seats if the flight looses its equilibrium state.

vii) Guiding passengers for the usage of oxygen musks if there is an insufficiency of oxygen inside the flight.

viii) Understanding the usage of parachute, black box, voice data recorder.
