We are looking for Business Head with 10-15 years from similar staffing industry and below skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Assignment Execution

- Client and Delivery management for execution of mid and senior level mandates with complete ownership of client and candidate management

- Leading and creating a high-quality clients deliverables/documentation - role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation

- Ability to strategize and design search methods and implement best practices

- Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical - Lead and manage healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders

- Building and leading the knowledge management tool for internal stakeholders

- Lead, Mentor and direct recruiters & team leads to perform their daily work Business Development & Sales :

- Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment

- Act as a channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group, proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.

- Preparing business development and marketing presentations for the group

Client Management :

- Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

Personal attributes and competencies :

- 10 to 15 years of strong experience in managing clients & recruitment for mid-senior level mandates - Experience in working in IT industry is a must

- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute - Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Advance Power-point presentation & Excel skills

- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with
