Job Summary

Will be required to sell one of Mahagurus flagship water product in India Market.Target Driven: Sales team management and ensure their and self-targets.

Maintain and improve all unit standards, ensuring profitability, sales growth and other agreed targets.Effectively manage all expenditure in

line with P&L requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in setting targets at Zonal levels.Identifying key areas for growth and financial improvementEnsure security measures and policies relating to

cash, stock and assets are implemented effectively.Ensure correct

Company and legal requirements are met with regard to food safety, hygiene and health & safety thus ensuring customer and employee well-being.

Develop Offline Sales channel in Retail Stores in various productsEnsure that best practice is and profitable business is practiced in order

that the entire business benefits from successful campaigns.Ensure continual analysis of sales mix and pricing structures in your units

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Regularly review and drive up selling within area

Ensure all customer service initiative is driven properly through Customer Satisfaction Survey results.Liaise with the HR team to ensure tha

t the highest level of customer service is delivered into the business.

Undertake additional areas of responsibility as and when requiredCommunicate and deliver to the centrally driven business initiative

sMonitor and evaluate competitor businesses and general market conditions.Ensure all Managers receive monthly reviews

Drive team performance at each zone/areaIdentify underperforming locations, and develop a plan to address and manage issues


Encourage managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge to drive the business forward To ensure the induction and development

of all managers within the teams.
