Purpose – Position:
The position shall be responsible for driving the overall business of the SBU / State / Region. Position shall ensure profitability and achieve set business objectives not limiting to budgets (target), manpower (staffing), training, nurturing and developing leaders.
This position shall also be responsible for developing marketing & sales strategy, identifying market potentials, analyzing market trends, competition strength and results, building appropriate relationships with customers / traders and institutions and manage large teams.
Key Responsibilities include
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual / half yearly / quarterly sales plans for regions / state; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Responsible to achieve the set targets / budgets
· Analyze current market and identify areas where our product needs to be stabilize / strengthen
· Derive CRC wise strategies and plans for every month
· Design sales programmes by / through field sales action plan
· Maintain good product mix to ensure the regions profitability
· Responsible to ensure the onroll vs module (budgeted manpower) maintained at 90% throughout the year
· Responsible to track demo / sales for all CRC under the jurisdiction
· Ensure market oriented activities been planned and executed.
· Track the leads and conversions of the market
· Track and monitor field coach/visits of leaders/managers and personally ensure minimum 10 field coach every month (Cycle)
· Ensure weekly sales reviews happens at Division.
