1. Call the free listed Suppliers/Manufacturers on our portal to arrange a meeting and the selling the company services for their higher visibility on our portal.

2. To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.

3. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

4. To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.

5. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

6. To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

7. To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.

8. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

9. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

Knowledge:

Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: Repport building, selling on service, building value in the product, and closing the sale.

Skills:

o A self-starting, business-minded individual

o Understanding about Sales and Marketing concepts

o Be able to work under pressure and meet targets

o Can do Attitude is essential

o Creative thinker and persuasive

o Not afraid to deep dive in the process and get extremely hands on to generate results

o The ability to flourish in a competitive environment

o Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint

Quick thinking and problem solving skills

Able to work independently and as a team player

Excellent active listening skills

Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Plus Lucrative Weekly Incentives
