1. day Plan for Total Customer Visit (existing Customer & New Customer)

2. share the Day Plan to Sales Team Through (whatsapp)

3. prepare Plan According to Partywise to Achieve Goal(sales & Collection)

4. placing Order for Existing Customer & New Customer (daily)

5. for Existing Party Sample ¤t Rate List

6. to Assume the On Time Collection and Deposit of Cash & Cheque. Collection Bending

7. routine Market Visit with Minimum of 40 Sales Calls and 30% of Productive Calls.

8. visiting Customer & Non-customer is Mandatory

9. execution According to Day Plan with Report

10. daily Sales and Collection Report.

11. weekly Dbr Floor Shop.

12. weekly Dbr Rice O/s Receivable.

13. competator Details About Rate, Brand, Volume, Credit Details and Samples.

14. increasing the Sales Quantity and Customer Count Based On the Potential

15. implementing the Sales Strategies & Targets of Our Company.

16. routine Market Visit with Minimum of 40 Sales Calls and 30% of Productive Calls.

17. to Assume the On Time Collection and Deposit of Cash & Cheque

18. to Be Rectified Proper Complaints Get for Customer.
