We are looking for a self-start, highly motivated technical sales and lead generation background for the role of a Business Development Officer to increase the domestic and international client base for our software products and services.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
Great networking skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
Generating leads through phone calls/E-mails and follow up
Setting up meetings with the clients ( having IT needs)
Maintaining a record of leads and clients
Providing assistance in other business-related activities
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Handling end to end sales.
Generating new business through networking activities
Providing demonstration and preparing proposals
Handling objections and negotiating successfully
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Identify, and build a list of prospective customers across industry verticals through research on LinkedIn, company website, networking events, etc.
