Job Description/Role

Revenue targets through sales and business development activities

Calling the clients and fixing appointments to attend demo classes for students

To initiate sales call and covert the lead for enrollment to the Basicfirst platform post demo class

Following up with the customer unless the sale is converted

To serve as a POC for the initial months for the converted leads to ensure error free services

Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them

Handling customer database (lead assigned per Executive) to ensure quality process flow from initiating the first call to closing the lead so that every lead is utilized to the fullest.

Cross functional communication across the organization

Desired profile of the candidate

Excellent communication skills (Above average English communication is a must) must for candidates applying for location.

Good Negotiation skills

Aggressive sales aptitude

Willing to work 9 hours in a day with 5 day working

Candidates with an aptitude towards sales
