Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have good communication skills.

Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools will be added advantage.

Above all should be willing to learn & has an attitude of go-getter.

Self disciplined with a positive attitude.

Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.

Business Generation:

Create sales leads and opportunities as per target

Create sales cycles and opportunities in pipeline as per conversion ratio / run rate

Work on value assessments and Proof of Concept to explore the business potential of a client and to elaborate the business model

Analyze and work on the requirements of customer to create opportunities

Negotiate price and terms and conditions as per defined guideline of company

Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submitting made
