Job Description

• Be a Sales Hunter and generate new business and be responsible for new client acquisitions.

• Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients (Tier-1 / System Integrators / Implementation Partners / Direct Clients / MSP/VMS providers).

• Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.

• Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry and be able to build upon new accounts.

• Must have minimum 1 Year experience working as BDM in US IT recruitment.

• Well versed with all the Staffing processes to generate requirements and develop Clients , Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company .

• Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and managers.
