- Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill.

- Skilled real estate consultants are good at convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price.

- And use persuasion to close the deals.

- Real estate consultants need to quickly find answers to their clients questions.

- This also includes being a mediator between sellers and buyers.

- Negotiate with Client for Efficient Services Delivery At Profitable Fees.
- Publishing the Requirment of the Client in the Access.
- Searching the Best Suited Properties for the Client and to Fix the Appointment with Business Development Executive.
- Taking Feedback After Making Client Visit the Properties.
- Following Up Regularly and Keep Showing New Options to the Client Untill He Shortlist the Property with Us.
- Once Client Shortlist the Property Follwing Up Very Carefully Along with the Business Development Executive Till the Deal Closer.
- Freshers with Execellent Communication Skils are Preffered
