Job Description

Sell a Solution tailor- made with lot of love for a very specific

problem faced by every Residential/Societal Community in India and

the World.

Generate sales leads by visiting and meeting the Managing

Committees of Apartment/ Villa Communities, Builders, Facility

Management Companies.

Provide sales presentation /demo of the Product (website and

mobile app) via meetings -offline or online.

Follow up with the clients and close the sales.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Attributes looking for: Energetic, Aggressive, Hunger for sales and

Earning Incentives. Has communication skills that create positive

outcomes - spoken and written. Lack of strong emailing skills may

not Very adaptive to new selling strategies in a fast changing

market.

OWN VEHICLE/SMARTPHONE/LAPTOP OR TABLET MUST.

SALARY: Rs 15000 Rs 22000 Monthly (inclusive local traveling

and mobile expenses).
