Responsible for developing executing the business development plan/Sales Plan

Act as a key member of sales & marketing team.

Generation of new business leads / clients and retention of the existing clients.

Responsible to convert conversations into the appointments with potential clients.

Making outbound calls and lead generation.

Achievement of sales targets through effective business development.

Strong planning ability & customer orientation.

Develop strategies & implementation strategies, Market Research to maximize services depth

revenue opportunities.

Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the Pune & PCMC area

Create customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results.

Develop the monthly, quarterly & annual business development plan that reflects the right


Conduct face to face calls with customers as well as prospects provides effective

presentations/written proposals to prospective customers.

Responsible for selling services/products line by thoroughly assessing the customers' needs

presenting appropriate solutions.

Minute and circulate all discussions / briefs/ information, post client meetings and telephonic

or email interactions with the client.

Monitor, coordinate and guide team members/colleagues/sub-ordinates and ensure proper

team work.
