Job Description

Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA.

Acquisition of new accounts & client management.

Develop Client(s) contact through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, etc.

Maintain senior level client contacts on daily basis.

Generating leads for new business by various channels.

Client relationship Management & strengthening business in the existing accounts.

Tracking new clients in various industries, approaching them, giving proposals & closing the deal.

Effectively communicate client information and insights to team.

Analyze statistical data related to clients business and industry to identify market trends.

Responsible for fixing and making the meetings with the clients to generate the business.

Respond to client inquiry, consistently prospecting, following, and closing new job openings.

Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.

Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.

Responsible for other allied works as assigned from time to time by your reporting authority.

Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with

them in the US market.

Flexibility to work in different time zones in order to cater the Global client's needs as per their convenient timings.
