Job Description

• Develop strategy document for Business development for key product and drive implementation of strategy in collaboration

with HR Manager and Marketing team.

• Support achievement of product wise annual sales budget.

• Deciding on branding and promotion of target products.

• Field visit for understanding the impact of provided inputs.

• Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the Department, Structure, Budgets and Planers

• Working on Business Plans and Financial plans.

• Job Description as per the position created in the organization.

• Strategy for bulk sales, for B to B own brand.

• Co-ordination with the field marketing team, in house team and with marketing agencies.

• Effective utilization of farmer database and Product Survey report.

• Decision on positioning of the focused products e.g. which market/against which competitors’ products.

• Sales Generation to customer service provider.

• Negotiation with customers and develop relation.

• Event, Exhibition, Outlet, Plant and Office.

• Supply Chain Management.

• Conducting training and Campaigns for creating the brand awareness.

• Conducting training for developing the communication skills of the field team.

• Handling and Generation of Purchase Order to total dispatch.

• Provide services after dispatch (feedback and customer services).

• Preparation of Goal chart, KRA and targets.

• Market research and study.

• Sales boosting plans, strategy and Unique ideas related to business expansion.

• Product analysis and survey.

• Creation of market hold and developing a strong market network.

• Building network connections to build brand repo.

• Field plan execution which will be made by marketing team.

• A Business Development Manager may also oversee a team of junior and creative staff of professionals.

• Developing business and handling farmer client.

• Usage of mobile app to feed client data.

• Product positioning, packaging and necessary tools to promote sales.

• Increasing Business strength and contract
