Building a team f PFAs:

Identifying prspective PFAs as per the guidelines f the rganisatin

Crdinating the appintment prcess f the PFAs

Activisatin f successfully appinted new PFAs thrugh handhlding, participatin in JT and ensuring their mtivatin t sell

Achieving the number f active PFAs in his / her team as per the rganisatins targets

Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence t the Mandated Sales Prcess:

Prepare mnthly and annual actin plans t achieve his/her gals

Ensuring adherence by PFAs t the Sales prcess as mandated by the cmpany

Mtivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set frm time t time) fr the PFA are achieved

Measurement and tracking f relevant metrics fr PFAs

Ensure that R&R schemes are cmmunicated t understd by the PFAs in the team and used effectively t mtivate and help team perfrm

Wrk twards achieving the target sales and prduct mix frm the team f PFAs

Track custmer prpsals thrugh t cnversin

Training and Grming his / her team f PFAs:

Identify training needs acrss the team

C-rdinatin with Branch Develpment Partner fr the develpment and training f PFAs in his team

Mega launch f each new PFA

Maintain nging cmmunicatin and cnnect with the team t share details f upcming cntests, R&R, prcesses, etc.

Perfrm the rle f a peple manager fstering a culture f wnership, custmer fcus, entrepreneurship and team wrk acrss the entire branch.
