Job Description

Scope of Work of the Designation is as Follows -

qualification: Diploma Civil / B.e. Civil

Location - Mumbai, Vile Parle East

1. determining the Current Market Value of the Residential or Commercial Property for Sale/purchase/ Lease.

2. understanding Acquisition Documentations- Mou, Agreements Etc..

3. identifying Various Risks Associated with the Property and Preparing a Valuation Report.

4. evaluating Socio-economic Parameters Related to a Project Along with Commercial Viability.

5. actively Involved in Developing/managing Brand Equity.

6. meeting Brokers, Architects, Pmc, Landowners for New Land Proposals.

7. understanding the Core Concept of the Project.

8. formulating the Strategy for Development as per Government Policies

9. making Necessary Arrangements for Site Visits for Survey and other Required Work.

10. evaluating the Development Potential of the Land.

11. preparing a Feasibility Report with Guidelines of Dc Rules.

12. calculation of Fsi Potential & Saleable Area.

13. conducting Society or Sra Meetings.

14. negotiating with Owners, Landlords, Society Members for Price and Offers.

15. converting Projects for Development Into Closures.

16. maintaining Project Tracker for Mis Reports.

17. working with the Legal Department/ Law Firms to Complete Land Purchases.

20. Should have Residential or Commercial Project Experience in Mmr Region

21. Identify Licenses and Approvals Required in Different Phases of Projects and Coordinate with Respective Internal Process Owners for Obtaining Required Documents for Necessary Approvals.
