Responsibilities :
• Building clientele by meeting new and prospective clients.
• Converting productive customers to clients and working on previous clients and helping in retaining them for longer period of time.
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Requirements :
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role in insurance sales or educational products
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline will be preferred.
• Ability to meet targets on time.
Job Location : Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Allahabad.
Salary Range : Upto 40k with incentives.
Gender : male/ female both can apply.
Experience : min. 3 years preferably in insurance sales or educational products.
