1. Generation of New Leads :
(i) in Probation Period of Six Month You Will Be Generating Business of Rs. 2 Lac Direct Sales
(ii) You Will Carry Out Market Research Through Industry Contacts, Publications, Trade Events, News to Identify Ideas for Growth.
(iii) You Will Reach Out Directly or Through Partners to Target Prospective Business Deals.
(iv) Develop New Clients and Effectively Maintain Existing Ones.
(v) You Will Constantly Keep Upgrading Your Business Development Techniques, and Help in Enhancing the Company Knowledge Base By Participating in Training and Educational Initiatives
(v) Producing Job Descriptions as per Client Requirements.
(vi) to Develop, Regularly Review and Update the Company Resourcing Strategy.
(vi) to Monitor and Evaluate all Training and Development Activities with Team to Ensure the Delivery of Business Objectives.
(vii) Develop Positive Working Relationship with Clients to Enhance Business.
