Job Description

 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, new markets and evaluate customer needs

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

 Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

 “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

 Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

 Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

 Collaborate with team to achieve better results

 Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
