We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Team:

Job position: Sales Director, Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 2 years to 10 years

CTC: As per industry standards

The objective of the sales team is to deliver new business growth. The sales team will have the exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of the products in India, play a key role in influencing product selection and will be responsible for building sales channels. The teams success will be measured by the quality of out-of-box ideas, sales performance and revenue generation.

Responsibilities include:

Understand Universal Rays Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., its products and services.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals, setting individual sales targets with the sales team. tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

Understand the ideal customer and how they relate to our products.


Ability to think big and find solutions to the problems

Deep understanding, career passion, analytical, result oriented and metrics driven

Bachelors degree in business or related field.

Experience in planning, implementing sales strategies, customer relationship and team management.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

People Manager experience is mandatory
