As a Business Development Manager, Corporate Interior Design Projects your responsibility includes:
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors in Architecture / Bachelors in Interior Design with 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the architecture / interiors industry
Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects
Awareness in the latest trends and emerging technology in the field
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (word processing, spreadsheets, project applications)
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
Competitive and self-motivated
Willing to Travel Extensively
