He / She Should have Minimum 5 Years of Experience Preferably in Fmcg Industry Handling Modern Trade / Big Orders, Having Excellent Communication, Presentation and Selling Skills Who is Self-motive, Strong in Interpersonal Skills to Approach Potential Customers with the Aim of Winning New Business, as Well as Maintaining Good Relationships with Existing Clients. the Job also Requires Thorough Knowledge of Competition and Similar Products in Market

schedule Daily Visits to Meet Customers for Getting New Order

ensure the Customer Approach is Formal & Clear Presentation

daily Update Written Communication & Handle Distributors

ensure the Details of Every Order Entered Correctly in Dsr & Order Forms for Smooth Processing

provide Correct Information to Internal Team & External Customers

follow Up Internal Team & Customer for Each Order

ensure Payment is Received On Time in a Transaction Which is in Practice

create New Leads & Generate Business On Own Effort in New Markets / Channels

ensure the Process is Followed for Every Order

lead Generation & Conversion Ratio Not Less Than 50%

understand the Market & Competition for Similar Products

drive Team By Training, Guiding, Monitoring & Validating Every Visit & Their Dsr Reports
