Job Description

This Bangalore based role is an exciting opportunity to join the Software as a Service (SaaS) sales team. Fashalot is seeking someone to focus on driving the SaaS growth. The successful applicant will work to identify new opportunities by weekly scheduled call sessions and in person meetings. The role will require you to be able to quickly build relationships based on trust, mainly via the telephone and in person meeting. As part of this role you will spend the majority of the week contacting prospects and clients.

Fashalot is engaged in business of supplementing offline retail and online operations of brands by its consumer facing platform “twid” or “Fashalot”, and other marketing and loyalty services. Twid, a Unified loyalty platform, and Fashalot, location based discovery platform, allows brands to build their digital presence, help build consumer engagement based on various segments and help increase the Business. Fashalot loyalty and CRM services allows brands to deploy advanced loyalty and CRM modules to increase repeats business of brands.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Prospecting and cold calling activities to drive sales into potential BigHand Professional customers; •

To look after existing BigHand SaaS customers within the territory and cross/up sell further BigHand products•

Maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering targeted results month on month.•

Close sales in best possible lead-time at best margin to help reduce sales cycle time; •

Work with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered on all aspects of the interaction with Clients.•

Excellent communication skills; •

Good listener, able to talk to people of multiple levels of seniority;•

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise;•
