Responsibilities and Duties

On-boarding session : Topprs journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India. Training under the best: Spend time with the GM/AGM of Offline Expansion to get up-to-speed on Topprs product, marketing, sales strategies and negotiation skills.

Drive engagement: Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Topprs brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.

Hosting review meetings: Be a part of daily calls with current leaders. Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.

City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels. Build your own team: Opportunity to build your own team of Freelancers, Interns, data coordinators to establish Toppr as the leading E-Learning education brand in the city for K12.
