Desired Profile:

1. Age: 24 35 years

2. Education: Any Graduate

3. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years (Experience/Releiving Letter is mandatory)

4. Must be living in the same city of the job location for minimum 2 years

Job Purpose : - The key responsibility of BDM is to build a high performing distribution network of financial consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build a high-performing team of FC by the end of 12 month period

2. Achieve monthly and annual productivity and distribution development targets first through direct selling in the market (0-3 months), and then by building and activating the FC team (4+ months)

3. Develop consistent and effective sales habits

4. Ensure the high quality and high persistency of business generated by the team, to protect the interests of the client and the company.
