Job Summary

Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decides the future course of action for his team members

2 Allocating sales targets to the sales team and preparing action plan accordingly

3 Reviewing daily Sales report with the team members

4 Ensuring true commitments to customer and providing required support to sales team

5. Ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service delivery

6. Conducting Market/Customer development activities like Demos, Trials and Meets

7. Convincing customer for Finance / Insurance / AMC / Extended Warranty

8. Keeping updates on Competitor / Market and updating the team on the same

9. Managing, monitoring and developing the Sales team.

10. Ensuring customer satisfaction index through timely feedback

11. Empowering team members to achieve sales targets by providing regular updates of sales schemes
