Job Description

-Minimum 1 years' business development/sales role or account management experience in a consultative selling environment

-Knowledge of how to pitch and sell web solutions

-Proven track record of success achieving sales targets

-Driven, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic

-Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, self-confidence, people skills, ability to adapt to the medium and leadership qualities.

-Building business relations and conversion of deals is a part of the portfolio.

-The candidate will also be responsible for briefing/debriefing scope of work, release of PO, and also follow ups on projects.

-Must have experience in Market analysis, Data research & Data mining

-Responsible for generating the leads in offshore market through budding portals, social networking website, forums & so on.

-Interact with clients through E-mails, personal meeting, cold calling & online chatting.

-Experience in requirements gathering & requirement analysis from clients

-Prepare the documentations/proposals, set the quotations, Negotiate with clients & close the deals

-Maintain the relationship with clients
