Job Description

*Urgent Requirement of BDE (Sales) for Dehradun Location*

Company Name : Piegon Media Pvt. Ltd.

Experience : 6 months to 1 year

Salary : 15,000 - 20,000K

Location : Dehradun

Responsibilities :-

1) Capable to handle work individually ,have leadership qualities and self-motivation .

2) Capable to generate leads from own end.

3) Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling,B2B sales, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

4) Ensures that departmental goals are achieved by communicating established objectives.

5) Communicates overall organizational directives. Maximizes employee participation to achieve the desired team approach.

6) Ensures that employees are at work on time, actively engaged in their assigned departments and conforming to established safety regulations.

7) Ensures that all company policies are followed.

8) Preferably worked in the local market.


Note : Candidate must have own laptop and bike.

We are not a consultant.

We need staff for our own office.

Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Having knowlege of SMO,SEO ,RADIO AD,Organic Posting.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: Rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale.
