Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts as well as with old clients.
Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database.
Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
